Surrenne's swimming pool, sauna, steam and spa café are open from 7am - 9pm daily. The gym is open from 6am - 10pm daily (24 hours for guests of The Emory and The Berkeley). Our Tracy Anderson studio is open from 7am - 7pm.

I require special assistance; can your facility support my needs?

Surrenne is accessible to all guests with special assistance needs. Our facility is wheelchair accessible and is also suitable for guests with visual or hearing impairments. Our team are available to discuss any specific needs you may have and advise of the support available.

What facilities are there in Surrenne?
At Surrenne we have an indoor pool which measures 22m in length, a steam room, sauna and snow shower. There is also access to a fully equipped gym, our group class studio along with several spa treatment rooms and Hammams. We also have a specially designed Tracy Anderson studio which runs both group classes and private training.

Are there locker and changing facilities provided at Surrenne?
Yes, we do have secure locker and private changing facilities with a full range of amenities including robes, slippers and towels provided.

Do you have your own parking facilities?
Valet parking is available 24 hours a day, at both The Emory and The Berkeley.

Do I need to bring anything with me for my treatment or session?

For spa treatments, robes and slippers will be provided. For fitness classes, towels and water will be available at various stations around the facility. Appropriate clothing/footwear will need to be worn for your session/class. For personal possessions, lockers will be provided to store these items securely.

What time should I arrive for my treatment?

We advise that you arrive ten minutes in advance of your treatment, to allow plenty of time to relax and unwind.

Can I use a mobile phone or other electronic devices in the Spa?

Mobile phones can be used throughout Surrenne, however telephone calls are restricted to the reception areas only. In the interest of privacy for all guests, photos or video calls of any kind are prohibited from communal areas.

Can I access the Surrenne facilities as a hotel guest of The Berkeley or The Emory?

Maybourne guests staying at The Emory and The Berkeley have exclusive membership to Surrenne for the duration of their stay.

Can children and teenagers under the age of 16 years old visit Surrenne?

Children and teenagers under the age of 16 and staying at The Berkeley and The Emory are welcome to visit Surrenne pool and café when accompanied by a parent or guardian from 8am until 10am and 3pm until 5pm daily. 

Surrenne's, sauna, steam, cold plunge and relax area are open:

• From March to April included, and from October to November included :  from 10am - 7pm daily
• From May to September included : from 10am to 8pm daily.

Can guests not staying at the hotel access the Spa and Gym facilities ?

Only Surrenne Riviera members can access the Spa and Gym facilities. Guest booking a 90-minute Spa experience or more, can enjoy an access to our Spa facilities for a limited time. 

How can I acces the infinity pool?
